We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in the same condition that it was received – Not used, or opened. The original receipt must be provided. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at the customer’s cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, withing 5-7 business days. Approvals and denials will be sent via email, to the email we have on record for that order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned.
If products arrived damaged, broken or are defective please notify us immediately. Please send us an email at email@example.com, along with a picture of the box and the damaged products. We will inspect and in most cases, send you a replacement for the damaged item. We will only replace the damaged item, not the entire order. We will make it right.
