1. Concept
Everything begins with a discovery call where we learn about your brand, audience, and flavor direction. Bring a recipe, benchmarks, or just an idea, we’ll translate it into a clear brief.

2. Samples
We prepare small test batches and ship tasting samples. You’ll get notes on ingredients, texture, and heat/flavor balance so your feedback is fast and precise.

3. Refine
We repeat the sampling and feedback cycle until your blend or sauce is exactly right. A few iterations are included, and we stay flexible. Once approved, we lock your formula for production.

4. Certifications & Nutritionals
Through our certified trade partners we handle pH targets, allergen management, ingredient traceability, nutritional panel generation, and FDA-compliant labels.

5. Label/Design (optional)
Want a complete package? We can run brand discovery, create concepts and revisions, and deliver print-ready art. Labels arrive on rolls ready for bottling.

6. Bottling & Delivery
We oversee production, bottling, and QA with our partners, then coordinate delivery to you, or directly to distributors and retailers. Quick turnaround throughout.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. this is a popular add-on. We handle a brand discovery session, concept directions, revisions/proofs, and deliver print-ready artwork. We can also manage print production so labels arrive on rolls ready for bottling. If you already have a designer, we’ll provide dielines and compliance guidance.
A few rounds are included to dial in flavor and texture. Most projects approve within those rounds. If the project needs more iterations than usual, we’ll discuss next steps together before proceeding.
We manage this via our certified trade partners. That includes nutrition facts panels, allergen statements, ingredient documentation, shelf-life testing where needed, and label compliance with FDA requirements.
