St. Lucifer Bacon (or Vegie) Frittata
Ingredients: 1/2 lb. of thick cut bacon, cut into 1/4" strips 1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets 1/2 large onion, diced 2 stalks of celery, cut in half, then diced 2-4 sprigs of fresh thyme, taken off branch 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped 6 large eggs 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon of St. Lucifer Habanero Table Spice 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tablespoon of milk 1 tablespoon of water 3 stalks of scallions, green part only, as garnish.
