St. Lucifer Spicy Michelada

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 12 oz. Mexican beer, we prefer Modelo, Tecate or Dos Equis
  • 1 frozen pint glass
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 lime, freshly squeezed, save one lime wedge for garnish
  • 1/2 cup Clamato juice
  • Sea salt or Kosher salt
  • Large pinch of St. Lucifer Habanero Table Spice 
Directions:
  • In a cocktail shaker combine ice, lime juice, Clamato, St. Lucifer Habanero Table Spice tightly close and shake
  • Add beer and give it one good shake or stir (careful, it will fizz)
  • Rim a frozen pint glass with salt.
  • Drop lime wedge into bottom of glass.
  • Pour beverage into glass.
  • Enjoy!
