Ingredients:
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- ½ of lemon, zested
- 1 lemon. juiced
- 2 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound large size shrimp (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon St. Lucifer Seafood Bay Spice or our Bloody Perfect - Instant Bloody Mary Mix
Directions:
- Add lemon zest and juice with canola oil
- Soak bamboo skewers in water
- Toss shrimp in marinade and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
- Skewer and place shrimp on hot grill
- Garnish with lemon and micro celery
- Serve with cocktail sauce
