St. Lucifer Grilled Shrimp Skewers


  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • ½ of lemon, zested
  • 1 lemon. juiced
  • 2 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 pound large size shrimp (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon St. Lucifer Seafood Bay Spice or our Bloody Perfect - Instant Bloody Mary Mix


  • Add lemon zest and juice with canola oil
  • Soak bamboo skewers in water
  • Toss shrimp in marinade and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
  • Skewer and place shrimp on hot grill
  • Garnish with lemon and micro celery
  • Serve with cocktail sauce
