St. Lucifer Grilled Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients:
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoon parsley
½ of lemon, zested
1 lemon. juiced
2 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound large size shrimp (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon St. Lucifer Seafood Bay Spice or our Bloody Perfect - Instant Bloody Mary Mix
Directions:
Add lemon zest and juice with canola oil
Soak bamboo skewers in water
Toss shrimp in marinade and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
Skewer and place shrimp on hot grill
Garnish with lemon and micro celery
Serve with cocktail sauce
