Ingredients: 1 bottle of a dark, lager, stout, or brown ale beer. 2 cup of tomato ketchup 1 cup of regular BBQ sauce 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon of ground coffee 1 tablespoon of St. Lucifer Habanero Table Spice 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper Directions: Combine above ingredients together on low-medium heat in a medium sized pot. Ingredients: 2 pound large sea scallops 3 tbsp. St. Lucifer Seafood Bay Spice or our Bloody Perfect - Instant Bloody Mary Mix.  2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil Dash freshly ground pepper  1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons unsalted butter Directions: In a bowl or food storage bag, toss scallops gently with 2 teaspoons of Bloody Perfect - Dry Bloody Mary Mix, 2 teaspoons olive oil and pepper.
